
The Blood Type Diet was made by Peter J D'Adamo M.D through his book 'Eat Right For Your Type'.The idea behind the diets mechanics are that the four main blood type groups react in various ways to different foods.
The thing that is evident in this diet is that no matter what blood type you are you will probably lose a little weight because of the cutting out of food in you everyday life. There is however no scientific grounding for this methodology and not backup data to prove that this works for each blood type differently. Furthermore, it does not take into account any other medical conditions that the patient might have when dieting and if the lack of certain foods is not good to youwell being.
I do not recommend this diet because it is not scientific or grounded in proof of results. I prefer to advise you to eat a balanced diet while losing weight. To find out how click below. |
