This diet is a low calorie diet. That is to say that it asks that you eat more fruits and vegetable than anything else. I found that this diet was complex and demanded a large amount of lifestyle change. Also some claims that the Diet makes are without factual basis. I prefer a diet that incorporates itself more easily into my lifestyle and that has better results. I think that you will lose some weight on this diet due to the low calories intake but not as much or as gentle as you would on a medically supervised diet like the Diennet Diet Program and Food Diet.
