The Derriere Food Diet
There is no magical solution to getting rid of cellulite, but there are easier solutions then exhausting yourself at the gym. More Effective and Safer solutions than starving yourself of all food. You can reduce the size of your fat cellulite cells and reduce that cottage cheese look. This is best accomplished with a well balanced diet and easy exercises. You must reduce the fat intake in your food, (this means less junk food, hamburgers, pizzas, hot-dogs, Ice cream, cakes, sweets. Everything in moderation)

Harsh daily massaging can weaken the skin’s support structure and actually make cellulite worse.The more intensive the exercise, the more it will help, right? Wrong. Some high-impact exercises can compress fat, making cellulite worse. If you already do Yoga great if not look below for something easier and not so lifestyle changing. The Science Part

Yoga is great for the whole body. However, what really works are Lunges and Squats. They're great because they target the gluteus, thighs and hamstrings. Aim to do 15 lunges on each side every day. You can also do squats 30 times a day. Always warm up and cool down when exercising, and consult your doctor or a qualified gym instructor before starting a new exercise regime.
You can step up the exercises after six weeks, if you become that good at them and you see results. But be careful as this will increase your muscle mass and make you have bulky thighs, which might not be the result you are looking for. Remember Everything In Moderation.
