The Eades created the Protein Power Life Plan first in 1995. It resembles the Atkins Diet in that it also believes in high protein intake and low carbohydrate absorption. The diet has a lot more research and and calculations tables found within it to better help the dieter to discover their best diet plan and how much to consume of each food per day. It does not however give an easy to use interface on a web site like mine to easily choose your weight loss meals whether you are eating in or out.
Although I am prone to lean towards any diet that encompasses scientific and factual information for its premise, I believe that this diet was intended more for those with a weight lifting lifestyle and bodybuilder body shapes as their ultimate goal.
