Jared Fogle lost 245 pounds by only eating subway sandwiches for a year. Can you imagine how much he weighed before he started? I do not advocate eating sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact as you well know on my diet, you cannot eat bread after 10AM. I think it is obvious that I will not be recommending this diet to you. You need to be assigned a diet that fits your personal goals, your personal life and tastes, your personal physique.
