I believe in the theory behind this Sugar Busters Diet. Research has proven that large intakes of refined sugar increase the insulin levels in your blood. This has the effect to help you gain weight. Refined white sugars in whatever form they take, white powdered sugar, cake icing, inside cakes and pastries, sweets or fizzy drinks, like Diet Coke and Coca Cola are all bad for you.
Once past the theory however this diet does not continue to be very medical. It does not restrict portions, or quantities and does not address other issues or ailments that could be due to your diet. It is just concerned with sugar. As you know I have Three Simple Rules on my food diet Program and after choosing your meals in my database and having the calories counted by our online computers, which is as easy as 1, 2, 3, the three rules are:
1. No Alcohol while on the program
2. No Bread after 10AM
3. No sweets, cakes, pastries, White or refined sugars and or Fizzy Drinks.
