The Suzanne Somers Diet was developed by celebrity Suzanne Somers. The Diet is a blend of food type combinations and part Atkins-like low carbohydrate diet. It eliminates several refined foods, which i am for, including sugar and white flour. I do not recommend the Suzanne Somers Diet as there is very little factual evidence on food combination diets.
I recommend a diet that you can pick and choose what you want to eat, when you want to eat it and that doesn't allow you eat more that 1800 calories per day, depending on your height. I have such a diet, just click below to find out more. |
